How the packs work
A pack is a balance of items. You use it over 30 days, in as many drop-offs as you like.
Buy the pack
Online or in store. Your balance is linked to your customer account.
Drop off your clothes
In store, at the collection point or at home. We iron your clothes and return delicate items on hangers and everything else folded in a bag.
Your balance goes down
At every drop-off and collection, you know how many items you have left.

Home Service ironing packs
We collect your clothes from your home and bring them back, Monday to Saturday. Each pack includes one visit per week.
You'll complete your order on our ordering platform, which is in Portuguese.
If you buy two packs at the same time, the items are added together in your account (e.g. two packs of 40 = 80 items). The validity period stays at 30 days.
How items are counted
Most items count as 1 against your balance. Larger or more labour-intensive items count for more. How much each item counts is confirmed when we check your clothes.

We collect and deliver everything in one go, at your home. Turnaround of 2 to 5 working days, agreed with you.
