Terms of Service for Businesses
1. Invoicing and Payment Terms
During the first 3 months:

To ensure a transparent and secure relationship, we will issue an invoice whenever the accumulated total reaches €500.

During this initial period, the payment term is 7 days from the date the invoice is issued.
After the first 3 months:

Invoices will be issued at the end of each month, based on the monthly total and at the corresponding price per kg.

From then on, the payment term is 15 days from the date the invoice is issued.
2. Minimum Weight per Service

The minimum weight for the commercial laundry service is 15kg.

In the specific case of uniforms and workwear, the minimum weight is 10kg.

If the recorded weight is below the stated minimum, the platform will automatically adjust it to the applicable minimum weight.
3. General Information

A control sheet will be provided at each collection.

At the end of each month, a report summarising the services provided will be sent by email.
