Frequently asked questions

How does the ironing service work?

You buy a pack of items, drop off your clothes at one of our stores or request a home pickup, and we return everything ironed: the more delicate items on hangers and everything else folded in a bag. The pack is valid for 30 days and is deducted as you use it.

Where do you offer home pickup?

Porto, Vila Nova de Gaia, Matosinhos, Maia and surrounding areas, Monday to Saturday. For home service packs, the minimum is 15 items per visit.

How much does each item count in the pack?

Most items count as 1 against your balance. Tea towels and bidet towels count as half; shirts, trousers with a crease and sheets count as 2; duvet covers count as 3. How much each item counts is confirmed when we check your clothes.

Do you also wash, not just iron?

Yes. With the wash and dry service, we deliver everything in one go, with a turnaround of 2 to 5 working days agreed with you. There's also a wash, dry and iron option, charged per kg.

Do you work with businesses?

Yes, with more than 70 businesses: hospitality, restaurants, clinics, gyms and industry. We collect from your premises, weigh on certified scales and deliver with a control slip. Quotes are tailored to each business.
